At LEO Fencing Club, we believe training goes beyond technique and physicality. We help our students hone their most powerful weapon - the mind, which we know is equally important to physicality in creating a complete fencer. Successful fencers approach their bouts strategically - and effective decision-making is critical during competition at all levels.
At LEO, our group classes are more than just open bouts. We provide our fencers mental frameworks to quickly organize the information they receive from their opponents, process the information logically and quickly, and develop a strategic plan on the spot for every bout.
