Guide to Fencing Equipment
As your fencer progresses, you may consider outfitting them with their own fencing gear. There are many choices and this guide is meant to help you navigate through them. The list below comprises a complete fencing kit.

Chest Protector (optional for male fencers but recommended under 13, mandatory for women)

Recommended Beginner Kit
LEO recommends equipment from Prieur USA, a highly reputable fencing brand. We have negotiated a club discount for our members. Please ask for the discount code if you want to order self-service. Prieur is also happy to work with you directly to answer questions, help with sizing, and manage returns. Their beginner kit includes everything listed above with the exception of weapons, body cord, shoes and socks. All are available from Prieur; however, the discount may be somewhat less on these items.
