Tournaments Primer
Fencing is a competitive sport like soccer or perhaps closer to individualized sports like tennis or swimming. As such there is practice (the weekly classes your fencer attends) and there are competitions - called tournaments in fencing. Tournaments are simply more structured version of the open fencing that occurs in every group class at Leo. If your fencer has been practicing for at least three months, you might try a tournament!
