About the event
We are excited to announce that Sebastien Dos Santos will be leading a special 4-day clinic at LEO Fencing Club. Sebastien is a five-time Olympic Coach in France, Brazil and the US (Men's and Women's épée). He has also served as Director of Épée at USA Fencing. Sebastien will be leading a clinic over four days and sharing his insights and expertise with the LEO fencing community.
With a focus on mental skills training and sport psychology, Dos Santos advocates for honing the mind as well as the body to achieve peak performance on the strip. Participants will learn practical techniques to enhance focus, resilience and confidence - vital attributes to success in fencing competitions. Sebastien emphasizes the importance of integrating these skills into training routines to ensure their effective application during high-pressure situations
