About the event
Interested in trying out the exciting sport of fencing? LEO Fencing Club will be offering a week-long summer camp in August for beginners! LEO Fencing Club coaches bring more than 20 years of coaching experience on the international stage. Head Coach Julian Rueda will be leading this five-day camp and sharing his expertise and enthusiasm.
Coach Rueda's fencing philosophy centers around teaching foundational fencing skills, encouraging fun and social connections, and practicing skills such as teamwork, work ethic, and strategy. Over the five-day camp, participants will learn the fundamentals of fencing and further develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment. Weather permitting, we will go to Danehy Park for outdoor activities.
This summer camp is designed for beginner fencers with 0-2 years of fencing experience, ages 7-14.

Monday, August 11 - Friday, August 15: 10AM - 3PM
