About the event
Interested in trying out the exciting sport of fencing? Or, are you currently fencing and you'd like to continue developing your skills?
LEO Fencing Club will be offering a week-long summer camp in August for youth! LEO Coaches Julian Rueda and Frederic Fenoul, who have more than 20 years of coaching experience on the international stage, will be leading this five-day camp and sharing their expertise and enthusiasm.
Our fencing philosophy centers around teaching foundational fencing skills, encouraging fun and social connections, and practicing skills such as teamwork, work ethic, and strategy. Over the five-day camp, participants will learn the fundamentals of fencing and further develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment. Weather permitting, we will go to Danehy Park for outdoor activities.
This summer camp is designed for beginners and for fencers with 0-3 years of fencing experience, ages 7-12.
