How Nick Discovered Fencing
How did you learn about fencing? How long have you been fencing for?
I learned about fencing from my father, who was tired of me hitting stuff with fake swords in the house. I have been fencing for around 13 years.
The Joy of Fencing
What do you love about fencing?
I love the motivation that comes with it, the opportunity to overcome a challenge.

Why LEO
What do you like about LEO?
When I moved to Massachusetts for University, I decided on LEO due to the coaches and past results. I stayed because I loved Julian and Fred's approach to lessons and ideas of fencing as a whole.
Life Lessons from Fencing
What is one important lesson you have learned about life from fencing?
There are many different ways to overcome a problem, there is never just one concrete solution.
Beyond Fencing
What do you enjoy doing outside of fencing?
I am a student musician, so I love listening to new albums and playing with friends.
Looking Ahead
What is your next goal (fencing or otherwise)?
I would say my next goal is a good result at the Budapest Grand Prix next week.

Words of Wisdom for Young Fencers
What advice do you have for younger fencers?
Don’t compare yourselves to others; be your own athlete.
A Note of Gratitude
A gratitude for.....
My father and mother for driving me all those years when I was a kid.
